After the awards at the Royal Lancaster Hotel (London), Antonio was asked why he thought his food was accredited so highly by the pizza & pasta association and the voting public, he said 'It's all down to the genuine ingredients used and authentic recipes passed down through the family for generations. All our flour is imported 00 grade pizza flour, 100% mozzarella cheese, and plum tomatoes from the Campania, hand blended fresh with our own secret ingredients. The pizza dough is hand mixed on the premises daily, to give your pizza a real taste of Italy, the pasta is also made of genuine 100% Grano Duro, also imported from Italy"
